Let's Start Running

We all know that running is a great way to get fit, feel better and even form new relationship with other runners. In this post, i will write still about my running activity. I'm not the expert of it, but i just want to make a simple review about how to start.

I know that at the first time for a runner, it’s not as simple as what i thought, especially to wake up early in the morning nor to do it in the evening when the body is already tired after all day activity. Really, for me it was so hard at the first time to starting this kinda workout (running) :) 
But I had read some sources about how to do running at the first time and what to prepare. The sources says that starting a new running habit doesn’t have to be hard.. all we need is only take a comfortable pair of shoes and a willingness to move a little or a lot, all at your own pace. You don't have to go fast at the first time, just do it at your own pace. I started with walking than try to do it faster day by day. 
As well as a willingness to start move, for me, a good running gear is the best mood booster to start running. When you have prepared some good running gear, it will a bit gives you the power to start workout..

- Starts with finding the right pair of shoes that fit your toes. Don’t be swayed by brand names. Instead try on several running shoes, jog around the store and let your feet decide. The most important feature of a running shoe is comfort, that’s it ! Choose a shoe that feels good.

- While most runners focus on shoes, socks can be important too. Blisters from bunched-up socks are painful. You need a breathable, snug sock that’s not suffocating. Running socks are mostly not thick. Try socks on in the store, and pick one or two that you like. Test them out to see how they perform when you run and sweat before investing in multiple pairs.

- Find a good & comfort outfit ( my favourite is Adidas, 2XU & Lulu Lemon ). Remember to always use the comfort outfit , doesn't matter which one you prefer, the long sleeve or sleeveless top, the shorts or long pants, just wear what makes you feel comfort. And for the ladies, don't forget to wear a high support bra, it will makes you more comfort while running ( I like high support bra from Adidas & Lulu Lemon ).

- Choose some favourite songs and put it into your running playlist. What kind of music do you prefer to listen while running ? I like the upbeat songs. It can give me powers.

- Every runner need a timing device to help manage their training. Whether you choose a standard watch, a high tech GPS-watch or using your phone, it doesn’t matter. You can download running apps on your mobile phone to track your activity. Just pick the timing device that works for you. ( I choose Garmin Fenix 3 HR and connected with Strava ). I also like "Adidas Train & Run" and "Nike+Run Club" on iphone. You can download some Running apps to find what best for you.

- Find and join a running community. Because  friends who have the same interests will encourage and motivate each other.

And well last but not least, don’t forget to have a good ALARM that can makes you wake up early in the morning J

OMG ! It's been so loooonnggg looonnggg time i didn't write anything.. what's going on with me ?! I'm so busy of doing this and that..uhmmm there's too many reasons along this year... 
But guys let me , my family & friends first say HAPPY NEW YEAR 2017 to all the readers,  here comes :
A year of wonderful happiness
A year of good health
A year of great success
A year of incredibly good luck
A year of continuous fun
A year of world peace
Well guys it's really nice to share everything around, what's going on & what amazingness things that comes to me through last year (2016). 
Since last 2015,  i was commited to changed a bit about my lifestyle,  i decided to to be slimmer. I want to be slimmer, I want to lose some of my weight and lively healthier was become my resolution on the new year ( i mean that's my 2016 resolution ) !! . It was become my resolutions all through some years before, but it always failed, i never made it. I always too lazy to workout, i ate everything i want without care about the effect to my body.
And starting on the early 2016, i made a commitment to change my lifestyle ! i must to.. i have to and well..it becomes more than my dreams came true, i'm slimmer ( you can see the difference between my old post and today post ) i'm healthier ( i wish ), stronger ( i can run long, something that i couldn't ever thought that i can do, so i think i'm strong )  and yess i'm happier off course.. :)) 

If you guys want to know how i did it all and change everything ( i mean change my size ) that i also could never imagined that i can do it before, maybe  i will write a bit too long for that.. :D 
But i will tell you only in a very simple words.. what i need at the time is only : COMMITMENT !! 

Yessss only commitment that can change everything.. i controlled what i have to eat, i only eat what my body needs, not what my eyes or my mouth needs, i ate boiled food only for months, no fried food, no snacking, no sugar, no salt, no soda, no carb ( except whole wheat bread , 1 slice a day ).. and also some motivational quotes everyday to keep me stand on track.. 
Not only Diet, i also exercise everyday.. Yoga, Run and Gym.. i'm not a fast runner but i love Running and do it often :))

After about 13 months with this new lifestyle, i can loose my weight about 20Kg.. that's the achievement that i never imagined i can do it before.. but trust me when you have commited to your self, there's nothing impossible..that's about my 2016 resolution.. in 2017 i just want to keep healthy and become a better person..
